Digital services produced with the help of our own AI system and reviewed before delivery: research dossiers, lead lists with message drafts, website and local-search audits, 3D concept packs, and set-up of personal AI assistants. The exact deliverable, price and delivery time are confirmed to you in writing before you pay.
Our deliverables are created with AI and checked by our system and by us. Research findings list their sources; claims we cannot verify are left out. Deliverables are information and recommendations, not legal, financial, medical or tax advice. You decide what to do with them.
You keep all rights to what you send us. After full payment you may use the deliverable freely for your own business. We may keep an internal copy to handle support and revisions, and never publish your material or name without your permission.
Not to order work that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, targets private individuals, or is meant for spam, fraud or deception. We may decline or stop such an order and refund any unused payment.
We are liable for delivering what was agreed, with due care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
Polish law applies. We will first try to solve any issue by email. Consumers in the EU may also use their local consumer protection bodies and keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.

For Anthrazit Personal, your assistant runs on your own computer and your data stays there. We access it only during set-up or support, with your permission.
Each order includes one round of revisions within 14 days of delivery, as long as the request stays within the agreed scope.
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Because our services are digital and made for you, we start work only if you ask us to start before those 14 days end and confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. If you withdraw after we have started but before full delivery, we refund the price minus the part already delivered.
